Hi there, thanks for taking the time to read this!
I have had a passion for music for most of my life, ranging from playing in bands as a keyboard-player to recording my own instrumental CD’s in the Pink Noise Studio in Eindhoven (now, alas, no longer in existence after the passing of its owner, John Dircke passed away in 2006; RIP John).
Finding your niche as a musician can be a challenge, and it has been no different for me. However, after many years of floundering, I’ve happily settled down in the ‘cinematic soundtrack’-genre, composing orchestral pieces that are influenced by both the Romantic period of classical music and present day composers. I like it here, and don’t intend to move. 🙂
If you’ve found this page, you’ll probably also have found some of my music (in case you haven’t, it’s on the music page). I also inhabit the realm of Twitter. If you’d like to keep up to date on my work, there’s even a mailing list; don’t you just love today’s digital tools? You can sign up for the mailing list on the right side of this page.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts on either my digital ramblings, music or whatever else you’d like to share.
